The Opportunity

This is a commission-only, independent contractor role built for someone who runs their own pipeline, closes their own deals, and wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to results. There is no base salary.

Your Market & Buyers

  • You will be selling into organizations with ongoing, high-volume hiring needs where speed, efficiency, and candidate experience are critical
  • Typical stakeholders include senior leaders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business functions responsible for hiring outcomes and operational efficiency
  • You’ll be engaging with both end customers and talent-focused organizations, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and driving deals from initial outreach through close

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect new business through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, conferences, and referrals
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through demo, pilot, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Represent AltHire AI at industry events and in direct conversations with HR and C-suite stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our founding team to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Provide market feedback that shapes our product roadmap and sales playbook

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles — HR tech, SaaS, or recruiting industry experience is a strong plus
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy in an early-stage environment where you shape the playbook as much as you follow it
  • Strong ability to articulate value to both operational HR leaders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Self-discipline, pipeline rigour, and a bias toward action
  • An existing professional network in HR, talent acquisition, or enterprise sales is a significant advantage
  • Experience selling to SMBs and/or enterprise clients preferred

Compensation

  • Commission-only, performance-based. No base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed minimum
  • Competitive commissions paid on closed deals with no cap on earnings
