AltHire AI provides an AI-powered recruitment platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Responsibilities

When using AltHire AI, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data.
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious software or spam.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

3. AI-Powered Interviews

Our Service includes AI agents that conduct interviews. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-generated assessments and insights are tools to assist in the hiring process and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. AltHire AI is not liable for any hiring outcomes or candidate interactions driven by our AI agents.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AltHire AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AltHire AI.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AltHire AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
